Liang (Frank) Zhou is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in hardware design, specializing in RF design and tuning, as well as FPGA emulation. From July 2007 to September 2014, Liang worked at Qualcomm as a Senior System Engineer, focusing on reference board design for WiFi/Bluetooth chips and FPGA board design. Liang continued to advance in the field at Intel Corporation from September 2014 to October 2020 as a Staff Electronic Design Engineer, leading hardware design for the FPGA PAC N3000 Card used in 5G and NFV applications. Since October 2020, Liang has been contributing to Meta’s Reality Labs as an Electrical Engineer, developing innovative VR products. Liang holds a Master's degree in Electronic Science & Technology from Zhejiang University, completed in 2007.
