Lin Chen has extensive experience in engineering and artificial intelligence, highlighted by the role of Director of Engineering for Artificial Intelligence at Cambia Health Solutions from December 2016 to June 2021, where Lin founded and led an AI engineering team, designed a cloud-native chatbot platform, and implemented health insights engines. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Google and a Senior Scientist at Intelius, as well as roles as a Software Engineer at GeeYee, and teaching and research assistantships at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Lin Chen holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and both BA and MA degrees in Computational Linguistics from Tsinghua University. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Meta since June 2021, Lin brings a wealth of knowledge in distributed machine learning models and applications.
