Lina Khalaf

Lina Khalaf is a results-driven Program Manager with over 9 years of experience in designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences, currently serving as the Support Strategy Program Manager for Commerce at Meta since July 2016. Prior experience includes over four years at Facebook as an Operations Program Manager, where Lina was instrumental in building global support programs for business partners and contributing to high-level strategy discussions. Lina's earlier roles include serving as a Safety Specialist at Facebook, a Client Service Associate at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and working in the trade and investment office of the British Embassy in Jordan. Lina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s in International Management from the University of Essex.
