Lingjuan Peng is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience at Meta since February 2013, currently serving as Director of Engineering for the Instagram Friend Sharing product group, focusing on features such as Stories and Collaborative Sharing. Previous roles at Meta include directing engineering for Instagram's Public Sharing, enhancing content creation tools, and managing Facebook App Creation. As a founding engineer for the Business/Pages Profile product, Lingjuan played a significant role in scaling advertising revenue. Prior to Meta, Lingjuan completed a software engineering internship at Google. Academically, Lingjuan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, another Master’s from Peking University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tianjin University.
