Lisanne Simons

Lisanne Simons is an experienced User Experience Researcher with a strong background in user-centered research methodologies. Lisanne began a career as a Hostess at Eventief from 2014 to 2016, followed by a role as a Student Research Assistant at RWTH Aachen University from May 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included conducting and analyzing interviews, surveys, and data visualization. Subsequently, Lisanne served as a User-Centered Research Associate, leading international studies on Carbon Capture and Utilization, presenting findings to stakeholders, and publishing research. Currently, at Meta since May 2022, Lisanne conducts qualitative and quantitative studies to understand user behavior and collaborates with product teams to provide actionable insights. Lisanne holds a Master’s degree in Technical Communication and Fundamentals of Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University, achieving a commendable grade of 1.6 in the German grading system.
