Lise Marken is an established User Experience Researcher with extensive experience in diverse roles across leading technology companies. Currently serving as a User Experience Research Manager at Meta since July 2015, Lise oversees a team of 8 UX researchers focused on employee performance management and career development products. Prior to this role, Lise held various positions at Meta, including Senior User Experience Researcher and User Experience Researcher, where significant contributions were made to the development of Facebook's advertising tools and consumer products. Lise also worked at Microsoft as a Design Researcher, conducted dissertation research at Stanford University, and served as a Research Assistant in both Stanford and UC Berkeley. Lise holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in English from UC Berkeley, both earned with Magna Cum Laude honors.
