Liya Guo is an experienced software engineer and engineering manager with a strong background in technology and transportation systems. Liya began a career at the University at Buffalo as a Graduate Research Assistant from 2008 to 2012, followed by positions at e2open as a Software Development Engineer and at Intuit as a Senior Software Engineer. From 2017 to 2021, Liya worked at Meta, initially as a Software Engineer before advancing to the role of Engineering Manager, a position held since December 2021. Liya holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Transportation Systems Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
