Lori H.

Lori H. is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global HR leadership roles, particularly within the technology and media sectors. From January 2020 to August 2024, Lori held positions at Meta, including Global HR Director for the Product & Business Analytics, Strategy, Operations teams, and Global HR Leader for Privacy, New Product Experimentation, and Product Design. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Talent and HR Business Partner at Netflix and as an HR Consultant at Nexon America. At Discovery Communications, Lori was a Senior HR Business Partner, overseeing HR and Talent Acquisition for multiple offices while also leading a short-term international HR assignment in Denmark. Between roles, Lori pursued a unique experience as a Solo World Traveler, visiting 25 countries across five continents. Lori holds an MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from UC San Diego.
