Lu (Lexie) Jia, CFA, has extensive experience in data analysis and data science, beginning with a role as a Project Analyst at the UBC Sauder School of Business in 2016. Lu worked at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group from August 2017 to December 2019 as a Data Analyst, progressing to the position of Senior Data Analyst. Following this, Lu served as a Senior Associate, Full Stack at BCI from September 2021 until June 2025. Currently, Lu holds the title of Senior Data Scientist at Meta, starting in July 2025. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Statistics & Finance from the University of Science and Technology of China (2010-2014) and a Master's degree in Operations Research from The University of British Columbia (2015-2016).
