Lu Ren has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology and finance sectors. Beginning a career as a Senior Analyst at Invesco US from 2001 to 2006, Lu subsequently held key positions at Garden Ridge and Washington Mutual, including an AVP role as a Senior Product Manager. From 2018 to 2020, Lu advanced at Microsoft, serving as Sr. Director, Head of Mixer Business & Operations, and other management roles before transitioning to Facebook in May 2020 as Director of Product Marketing for FB Gaming. Currently, Lu serves as Director of 1P Studio Management for Reality Labs at Meta. Lu Ren holds an MBA from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, as well as a Master's Degree in Accounting and a BA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
