Lucy Jin has extensive experience in growth strategy and management, particularly in the airline and technology sectors. At Meta, from August 2021 to February 2023, Lucy held roles as Global Growth Manager and Global Program Strategy Lead within the Small Business Group. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Delta Air Lines from May 2012 to June 2013, where Lucy guided growth strategies for multiple U.S. markets and managed teams focused on performance improvement and market development. Lucy played a pivotal role in launching Delta's first joint venture in Asia with Korean Air and enhancing partnerships in the UK market with Virgin Atlantic Airways. Additionally, Lucy served as a Teacher at Bilkent University and is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Currently, Lucy holds the position of Head of Channel Strategy at Meta, starting in February 2025.
