Luis Carrera has extensive experience in business intelligence, sales and marketing, and human resources. Starting as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Inmobiliaria Edifica, Luis designed interactive data dashboards, led ERP implementation, and conducted feasibility studies for hotel projects. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, strategic sales initiatives and investor relations were prioritized. Subsequently, Luis took on the role of People Operations/HR Lead, focusing on recruitment, performance assessment, and recognition programs. After working as a Business Manager at Capital One, Luis currently serves as an Analytics Business Partner at Meta. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where notable achievements included winning the 2017 Deloitte National Case Competition and serving as Vice President of the Latin American Business Association.
