Luke Boegner is an experienced engineer specializing in machine learning, digital signal processing, and wireless communications. From August 2013 to May 2016, Luke worked as a Cooperative Education Student Engineer at the United States Department of Defense, completing four co-op tours focused on various topics, including wireless communications systems and embedded development. Following this role, Luke became a Digital Signal Processing Engineer, gaining valuable experience in machine learning research and radio frequency system design. In March 2020, Luke joined Peraton Labs as a Research Scientist, where innovations included the creation of TorchSig, an open-source signal processing toolkit.
