Luke Goessman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in risk management, compliance, and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Head of Integrity Strategy & Programs at Meta since February 2023. Previously, Luke worked at Meta as a Program Manager, focusing on product integrity and safety, and also held the position of Director in the same area. Prior to this, Luke served in the United States Marine Corps as a Major and AH-1W SuperCobra Attack Helicopter Pilot, where extensive operational experience was gained through the execution of over 50 combat missions. Additional experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at KPMG, managing significant investigations in response to cybersecurity threats, and as a Global Strategy Manager at Edwards Lifesciences, overseeing strategic planning for medical devices. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
