Ly Nguyen is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology, social policy, and operations. As Co-Founder and CEO of BeeCODE (2016-2018), Ly facilitated coding activities for elementary and middle-school students in Hanoi. Following this, Ly held several significant roles including Chief of Staff at Rakuna (2018-2020), where a focus on operations and product development enhanced campus recruiting solutions, and Market Specialist at Facebook (2020-2022) within Global Operations. Currently serving as Market Specialist for Global Response Operations at Meta (2023-present), Ly advocates for community protection and leads the Singapore chapter of Meta's Women@ community. Additionally, early experience includes an internship with UNICEF Viet Nam as well as a position as Project Analyst for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Ly holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Mount Holyoke College, and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston Honors College.
