Lydia Renner

Lydia Renner has a diverse background in change management and consulting, with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Starting as a Case Assistant at AES Consulting (now COMPASS) from April 2000 to May 2002, Lydia then progressed to a Senior Consultant position at LA Consulting from July 2002 to November 2008. Lydia further advanced to serve as a Health Industries Advisory People & Change Consultant and later as a Senior Manager, Client Strategist at PwC from September 2013 to July 2015. Lydia's experience includes leading change management initiatives at Kaiser Permanente from April 2021 to July 2022 and currently holding the position of Change Management Manager at Meta since July 2022.
