Lynn Richmond has extensive experience in both legal and product management fields. Beginning as a Social Worker at the Hennepin County Department of Children and Family Services, Lynn dealt with youth status offenses and represented the department in court. Transitioning to law, Lynn served as a Law Clerk at both KATZ & MANKA and the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, focusing on family law and employment law, respectively. In the product management arena, Lynn has held key roles at companies such as Ellie Mae, AllRegs, and Thomson Reuters, managing product life cycles and defining user requirements for legal and technology products. Currently, Lynn is the Privacy Strategic Program Manager at Meta, leading privacy initiatives to ensure compliance and protect user data. Lynn holds a Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
