Maaike Scherff

Maaike Scherff is an experienced animation professional with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation/Illustration from San Jose State University. Scherff has held various roles in leading animation studios, including Vice President of the SJSU Animation Club and positions at 20th Century Fox Productions, Disney Television Animation, and Nickelodeon Animation. Notable contributions include work as a Storyboard Artist on "SpongeBob SquarePants," character designer for "The Loud House Movie," and episodic director at A24 and ShadowMachine. Currently, Maaike Scherff serves as a Concept Artist and Character Designer at Meta, contributing to projects for Horizon Worlds, Facebook, and Instagram.
