Mackenzie Lockhart possesses extensive academic and research experience in political science and psychology. From September 2017 to June 2023, Mackenzie served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of California San Diego, instructing courses such as Intro to American Politics and the Presidency, while also conducting doctoral research focused on electoral polarization and the influence of local news on Congressional elections.
