Maeve Ryan

Maeve Ryan has a diverse background in policy and consulting, with significant experience in both governmental and international organizations. Currently serving as an AI Policy Manager at Meta since May 2022, Maeve previously held the role of Senior Case Lead at the Department for Education from August 2021 to January 2022 and worked as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) from January to May 2022. Prior experience includes positions as a Policy Advisor at the Centre for Data Ethics & Innovation, and an Analyst at Accenture, where Maeve contributed to large-scale transformation projects. International experience includes an internship with the UNODC focused on money laundering in West and Central Africa. Maeve's academic qualifications include First Class Honours in BA French from the University of Bristol and A Levels from Hymers College.
