Mai Thai is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and account management. Mai began the career at foodpanda as a Customer Service Operations Specialist before advancing to HotDeal.vn as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where growth strategies across multiple channels were developed and executed. At Shopee, Mai played a vital role in establishing the Marketing Solutions team and later served as Product Marketing Lead, focusing on seller education and training. Following a tenure as a Senior Account Manager at Publicis Media and as an Account Strategist at Google, Mai is currently an Account Manager at Meta, driving revenue growth and optimizing client marketing performance. Mai holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Finance & Marketing and is pursuing an Executive MBA at the National University of Singapore.
