Mandi Luu

Mandi Luu possesses extensive experience in program and project management within the human resources and event planning sectors. Mandi began at UUSA Event Planning Office as an Event Planning Specialist while completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Virginia Tech. Following this, Mandi held positions at AOL, mindSHIFT, Uber, and Facebook, focusing on various aspects of people operations, program management, and recruitment processes. Notably, Mandi served as a Senior Program Manager at both Meta and Facebook, where responsibilities included designing and implementing recruiting strategies, managing HR applications, and overseeing multiple projects related to AI and corporate social responsibility. Currently, Mandi is a Senior Program Manager at Meta Superintelligence Labs, contributing to HR special projects and initiatives.
