Marcus Hayward

Marcus Hayward is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology firms. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Meta since September 2024, Marcus previously held multiple positions at Paddle from January 2019 to September 2024, culminating in the role of VP of Engineering. Earlier career highlights include a tenure at Inviqa from September 2014 to January 2019, where roles ranged from Technical Team Lead to Senior Software Engineer, as well as a position as a Java Educator at System Engineering. Marcus began the academic journey at the University of Reading, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2014.
