Marcus Silva is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Meta since December 2018, Marcus leads design initiatives for Messenger and Instagram. Previous roles include Product Designer at Dollar Shave Club and various leadership positions at Saatchi & Saatchi LA, Deutsch LA, and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, among others. Marcus began the career as an Art Director, transitioning through numerous interactive and digital design roles across reputable agencies. Marcus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the Instituto de Educação Superior de Brasília, completed in 2009.
