Maria Turay

Maria Turay is an experienced Senior HR Business Partner at Meta, with a strong background in human resources management and operations. Previously, Maria held multiple leadership roles at EY, including Associate Director and Assistant Director in various capacities such as HR Business Partner Manager and Diversity & Inclusiveness Campus Recruiting. Maria also served as Human Resources & Operations Manager at Andersen and held a Tax Manager position at EY. Early in the career, Maria gained valuable experience as a Controlling Department Intern at Robert Bosch España. Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Accounting from Northeastern University.
