Marissa Cochran

Marissa McFadden Cochran has a diverse background in marketing and recruitment, with experience spanning from 2010 to 2022. At Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, Marissa served as a Marketing-Alliances Assistant and later held a Marketing Assistant role. Marissa's tenure at Meta began in 2013 as a recruiter focused on executive assistant roles for various platforms, progressing to Recruiting Manager for the Global Business Group, where leadership of sourcers and recruiters took place. Later, Marissa transitioned to a Recruiter role for Global Operations, managing a team dedicated to achieving recruiting goals. Marissa also contributed to UC Santa Barbara's Collegiate Panhellenic Executive Board as Vice President of Recruitment, overseeing a significant recruitment process for over 900 members. Marissa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
