Mariusz Grad

Mariusz Grad is an experienced engineer specializing in high-performance computing, machine learning, and ultra-low latency technologies. Currently employed at Meta in the AI PE Foundations role, Mariusz previously worked on Ads Signal Growth and contributed to R&D at Millennium Partners as an R&D Engineer, focusing on tick-to-trade stack optimizations and full FPGA cycle development. Mariusz has a comprehensive background in FPGA engineering at Fiberblaze A/S, senior development engineering at Nokia, and research assistance at University Paderborn and Paderborn Center for Parallel Computing. Mariusz holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Paderborn and an MSc in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, with expertise in C++, VHDL, low latency systems, and various hardware and software technologies.
