Mark Howard

Mark Howard possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held senior leadership roles at Meta from January 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading HR teams for high-level executives and overseeing HR functions for large global organizations. Prior to Meta, Mark served as an HR advisor at Addepar, collaborating with the CEO to establish job architecture and performance management processes. Additional experience includes various HR roles at CBS Interactive, focusing on talent acquisition and employer branding, and university relations management at Intuit. Mark earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University, Chico.
