Mark Kelley

Mark Kelley has extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership, having held key positions in various companies since the early 1980s. Starting as a Project Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Company, Mark progressed to roles such as System Analyst at Titan Corporation and CTO at Cricket Communications. Significant contributions were made at Qualcomm, Inc. as VP of Network Design, and as Chief Strategy Officer at BlueStreak Broadband. Additional leadership positions include CEO at openRAN, Director of Product Management & Development at Crown Castle, and Strategic Partnerships at Facebook. Currently, Mark is part of the Network Ecosystems Engineering team at Meta. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, which was completed in 1983.
