Mark Richter

Mark Richter has over two decades of extensive experience in IT management and data center operations. Starting as IT Manager at Dalfort Aerospace, Mark led the design of the SAP data center and managed IT for a regulated aerospace facility. At Fidelity Investments, Mark progressed from LAN Manager, where a team of highly skilled engineers was built to support a large server and user base, to Principal Systems Services & Support Analyst, overseeing compliance for thousands of Wintel servers. Mark continued to enhance expertise at HCL Technologies, managing critical facilities and operations within data centers. Currently, as Operations & Maintenance Lead at Meta, Mark supports the Data Center Facilities Operations team. Mark holds certificates in Networking Technologies, UNIX Administration, and Data Center Management from Southern Methodist University and CNET, as well as a B.S. in Theology from William Tyndale College.
