Mark Shriver

Reliability Engineer

Mark Shriver is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability and photolithography processes. From February 2002 to May 2006, Mark worked at Seagate Technology, achieving significant advancements in the photolithography process for perpendicular magnetic recording and conducting reliability testing for new products. Prior to this, Mark served as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where expertise in UHV chamber design and silicon nitridation was developed. Mark's career includes roles as a Reliability Engineer at Meta since May 2018, responsible for hardware reliability testing of Oculus Virtual Reality products, and as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Apple from January 2015 to May 2018, focusing on module hardware reliability testing. Additionally, Mark led the reliability team at SageGlass from June 2011 to January 2015, managing environmental stress testing of electrochromic thin film products. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Macalester College and a Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
