Martin Han

Martin Han is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and data science. At JD Silicon Valley R&D Center, Martin served as Principal Architect from 2017 to 2022, focusing on ad recommendations, CTR prediction, and developing deep learning models and services. Martin's role at Meta as a Senior Software Engineer began in 2022, involving the design and optimization of scalable software solutions for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Prior to these positions, Martin worked as a Software Engineer at Mindbank Consulting Group, LLC (2002-2010), transitioned to a Research Scientist role at the National Cancer Institute (2011-2014), and was a Data Scientist at Uber (2014-2017), where work included natural language processing and machine learning applications. Martin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Università di Catania.
