Martin Lee has over two decades of experience in talent sourcing and recruitment across various sectors, including IT, energy, and consumer goods. Martin began a career at Generic Software Consultants as a Business Manager, overseeing a team and working closely with major clients. Subsequent roles included Partner at Brain Gain Recruiting, Lead Talent Sourcer at Microsoft, and Technical Talent Sourcer at Meta, focusing on sourcing mid to senior level technical and sales positions. Martin has held leadership positions, including Director of Sourcing at Social Media Search and Vice President at Kelly Services, and has contributed to the field through advisory roles and teaching as a Lead Instructor for the People Sourcing Certification Program. Currently, Martin serves as Talent Sourcing Lead at Meta, supporting Business & Operations teams with niche recruitment globally.
