Matt Arturi is an experienced technology professional with a focus on software engineering and mobile application development. Co-founding 8B Studio from July 2009 to May 2011, Matt played a key role in developing mobile applications for prominent platforms. Following this venture, roles at Verizon Media as Sr Director Software Engineering and at Yahoo! Inc. as Director of Software Engineering for Yahoo Finance were undertaken between April 2019 and April 2021, and February 2017 to April 2019, respectively. Prior experience includes senior management positions at ESPN, where oversight of mobile development initiatives was provided from May 2011 to August 2013, and at Symphony.com as Director of Software Engineering from February 2016 to February 2017. Currently, Matt serves as Software Engineering Manager at Meta, continuing to lead technical projects and drive innovation in software engineering.
