Matt Insley

Matt Insley has a diverse background in technology and engineering, with experience in various roles from technical support to lead development. Starting as a volunteer for FIRST, an organization that promotes robotics for students, Matt served as a Research Assistant at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, contributing to the VR2 Project focused on stroke rehabilitation. Subsequent roles included Senior Design Student at the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System, Application Developer at Incapital, and Lead Developer and VR/AR Specialist at Productive Edge. Currently, Matt works as a Product Design Prototyper at Meta, where responsibilities include rapid prototyping and developing novel interaction models. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and previously studied Biochemistry at Purdue University.
