Matt Looney has extensive experience in hardware and storage engineering, starting with Teradata from April 2017 to November 2019, where roles included Hardware Support Engineer, Storage Engineer, and Senior System Support Engineer, providing tier-3 support and managing complex technical challenges for customers. Following this, Matt served as a Data Center Engineer and Operations Lead Engineer at Meta from December 2019 to June 2023, focusing on technical analysis and project leadership within data centers. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University and completed CCNA training from the Cisco Networking Academy.
