Matt McCance

Matt McCance is currently the Head of Learning Shared Services at Meta. Matt has previous experience working as the Head of Learning Platforms & Analytics at Facebook from July 2015 to December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director, Advisory Services at CEB from January 2011 to April 2015. Matt McCance started their career as a Project Manager at Corporate Executive Board in July 2001 and worked there until August 2009.

Matt McCance attended the University of Maryland, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting.
