Matthew Holleque

Director of Research

Matthew Holleque has extensive experience in political analytics and statistical modeling. During the tenure at the University of Wisconsin Advertising Project, Holleque served as Deputy Director, creating and analyzing a comprehensive database of campaign advertising from the 2008 election cycle. At Obama for America, Holleque progressed from Statistical Modeling Analyst to Deputy Statistical Modeling Director, overseeing the development of predictive models for various campaign strategies. Subsequent roles at Meta included Research Science Manager and Director of Research within the Demography and Survey Science Team, focusing on quantitative research. Additionally, Holleque worked as a Microtargeting Analyst at MSHC Partners, applying statistical models to enhance voter targeting for Democratic candidates and progressive groups, and co-founded BlueLabs, specializing in analytics, data, and technology.
