Matthew Lowe

Matthew Lowe, PE, PMP, has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, beginning as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer for the US Navy from May 1996 to August 2004. Following military service, Matthew worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from October 2004 to December 2006, serving in various capacities including Project Engineer, Chief of the Veterans Affairs Division, and Chief of the Army Reserve Section within the Construction Division. Additional roles included Chief of the Design Branch and Project Manager for the Olmsted Locks and Dam project. After a tenure as Project Manager at H&H Design-Build, Matthew has been the Campus Construction Manager for Meta since February 2025, overseeing the construction of a new data center. Additionally, Matthew served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia College of Missouri from June 2002 to May 2004, teaching mathematics courses. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
