Matthew Morey is a seasoned professional in People Analytics with extensive experience across various roles in human resources and data analysis. Currently at Meta since November 2021, Matthew focuses on People Analytics, leveraging insights to enhance workforce strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Principal HR Analyst at Boston Scientific from April 2017 to October 2021, where key achievements involved developing HR metrics, self-service reporting tools, and a headcount projection model. Matthew also held multiple HR roles at the NSW Department of Education, contributing to significant reforms and producing vital HR data across organizational functions.
