Matthew Pullen

Matthew Pullen is a highly accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in the advertising and creative industries. Currently serving as Creative Director at Meta since June 2025, Matthew previously held the position of Global Creative Director at Expedia Group from December 2022 to June 2025. Prior roles include Associate Creative Director and Senior Creative Art Director at RPA, along with a Senior Creative Art Director/ACD role at TBWA\Chiat\Day. Matthew also contributed as a Bassist, Designer, and Manager at Red Huxley and worked as a Senior Creative Art Director at Ogilvy & Mather South Africa. A graduate of Vega Brand Communications College, Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Creative Brand Communications with a specialization in Art Direction, graduating at the top of the class.
