Matthew Shaer

Matthew Shaer has extensive experience in software development and leadership roles spanning over two decades. Matthew began as a Developer at Intekom and Visual Information Systems before co-founding Lateralshift, where significant contributions were made until the company was exited. Subsequent positions included Senior Developer at JAM Warehouse, followed by a tenure as Senior Developer and later Director at Barclays Capital. Matthew served as a Director at Bank of America before joining RBC as a Senior Developer. Currently, Matthew is employed as a Software Engineer at Meta, continuing a commitment to innovation in technology.
