Matthew Taylor

Matthew Taylor, CPA, has extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance for FCS at Meta from June 2020 to June 2025. In this role, Matthew Taylor focuses on portfolio and vendor management, risk management, and process and control optimization. Additionally, as the Head of Property and Asset Management at Meta, Matthew Taylor authored a significant white paper on optimizing organizational design for managing the company’s non-operating real estate portfolio. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG US as Senior Associate and Associate, and at JLL as Director of Enterprise Risk Management, among others. Matthew Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, completed between 2007 and 2010.
