Maurice Tan

Maurice Tan has a diverse background in software engineering and development, with experience in multiple prestigious organizations. Beginning a full-time commitment with the Singapore Armed Forces as a Lance Corporal, Maurice transitioned to internships at DSO National Laboratories and NUS-OSS, where leadership and teamwork skills were honed. A significant tenure at Shopee as a Senior Engineer involved maintaining micro-frontend architectures and developing web tools for efficient resource access. Currently, Maurice works as a Software Engineer at Meta in the Outcomes team within the Monetisation organization, following a role as a Fullstack Software Engineer at ByteDance. Academic achievements include a Master of Computing in Infocomm Security and a Bachelor of Computing in Computer Science, both from the National University of Singapore, alongside a Diploma in Game and Entertainment Technology from Temasek Polytechnic.
