Mauricio Sotolongo

Mauricio Sotolongo is a seasoned Environment Artist with a strong background in the gaming industry, having held positions at notable companies such as Bioware, Naughty Dog, Mountaintop Studios, and Meta. Beginning a career as a 3D Generalist at NeotradeVR in 2016, Mauricio later transitioned to more specialized roles, including as a 3D Artist at Buddha Jones and continuing as an Environment Artist at both Naughty Dog and Mountaintop Studios. Currently serving as a Senior Environment Artist at Meta since July 2022, Mauricio has cultivated expertise in creating immersive environments. Mauricio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from Ringling College of Art and Design and an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design from Miami Dade College.
