Max Cadena, BSAST, DCCA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in culinary operations and engineering. Early experience as a Culinary Assistant at Olive Garden involved maintaining high standards of meal preparation and operational accountability. Subsequent military service as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy showcased exceptional technical skills and dedication, particularly in a high-stakes reactor environment.
