Melissa P.

Melissa P. is an experienced professional with a background in program management and recruiting. At Meta, from August 2014 to August 2019, Melissa held the titles of Program Manager for Growth Programs and Recruiting Coordinator Lead, where leadership of a team of 12 improved candidate experiences through a data-driven approach. Prior to that, Melissa was a Recruiting Coordinator, providing logistical support for various recruiting teams. Additional experience includes serving as an Instructor at barre3, a Brand Ambassador for E2K Events x Entertainment representing the San Francisco 49ers, and a Senior Executive Assistant at MWest Properties. Melissa also worked as an Educational Leadership Consultant for Alpha Phi International Fraternity, conducting assessments and managing recruitment data systems.
