Mia Cheng is an accomplished UX researcher with extensive experience across multiple industries. As a founding member and UXR lead at iPIN.com, Mia built a team of 15 and led research on an AI-powered business intelligence platform. Subsequent roles include conducting behavioral research on popular applications and services at Boston University and serving as a qualitative market researcher at OCBang, leading UX and market research teams. At Google, Mia focused on human factors in the Pixel Wearable team, employing various research methodologies for the development of Pixel Buds and Pixel Watch. Currently, Mia is a UX researcher at Meta, focusing on Facebook Monetization initiatives.
