Michael Beals has a diverse professional background with significant experience in project management, business analysis, and operations across various organizations. Starting as a Business Analyst Intern at AECOM, Michael played a key role in integrating IT projects and managing the department’s budget. Following this, Michael served as a Project Management Associate at AECOM before further internships at Facebook and Sousa & Weber, LLP, focusing on program management and accounting tasks. Michael advanced to roles with Chemonics International, where responsibilities included managing business operations for a large USAID project and developing strategic financial tools. Currently, as a Systems Program Manager at Meta, Michael leads initiatives in automation and measurement frameworks for AI labeling processes. A graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor’s in International Development Studies and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Michael combines analytical skills with practical experience in improving operational efficiencies and project outcomes.
