Michael Flynn

Michael Flynn is an experienced Facility Technical Manager at Meta, overseeing a team of Subject Matter Experts in the Mechanical and Electrical fields and managing a Million Sq/Ft Data Center in Los Lunas, NM. Prior to his current role, Michael served as a Chief Building Engineer at Facebook, where duties included leading Critical Facilities Engineers to ensure 100% uptime and providing cross-functional support. Additional experience includes senior positions in critical environment management at Total Site Solutions and Commonwealth REIT, as well as technical roles at Fluor Corporation and MAICON. Michael holds an Associate’s Degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from Westwood College of Technology.
